TICKETS

How much are tickets?

Do I have to choose a specific time to visit?

Yes, all tickets require a reservation time which is chosen at the time of purchase. All tickets are valid for entry to the queue within 30 minutes of your reservation time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your reservation time, entry is not guaranteed.

If you need to update the time or date of your reservation, please visit Manage My Booking.

CityPASS Ticket holders require advanced reservations. First, purchase CityPASS online for immediate, paperless mobile ticket delivery. Next, visit the CityPASS Travel Guide and enter your CityPASS ticket info, to choose your date/time of visit.

Please note: Last entry is 1 hour prior to our listing closing time.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes! Tickets purchased from 360chicago.com can be rescheduled through the Manage My Booking portal. There may be additional costs associated with new dates/times. All tickets must be rescheduled in advance of the original date and time. Tickets can be rescheduled up to one year of the original booking date.

Do CityPASS ticket holders need to reserve a visit time?

Yes. First, purchase CityPASS online for immediate, paperless mobile ticket delivery. Next, visit the CityPASS Travel Guide and enter your CityPASS ticket info, to choose your date/time of visit. Do I need to reserve a time for Go City/Go Card?

Advance reservation are currently unavailable. Go City/Go Card holders must redeem their admission at the ticketing desk upon arrival, based on availability. We highly suggest Go City/Go Card holder to visit us and redeem their admission Monday-Thursday as we are often selling out Friday-Sunday and holiday weekends.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

All tickets to 360 CHICAGO are non-refundable. 

360 CHICAGO cannot provide refunds due to low visibility conditions, inclement weather, high queue times for entry or exit, if the purchase is made mistaking 360 CHICAGO for another attraction, or any other reasons.

While views are subject to change, rain or shine, guests will still enjoy the 360 CHICAGO experience. Guests can explore exhibits highlighting Chicago's eclectic neighborhoods, experience the thrill of TILT (still thrilling even in low visibility conditions), and relax with a beverage from CloudBar.

Does everyone need a ticket?

Yes, everyone needs a ticket to visit 360 CHICAGO. Children under 3 are free.

What's included in General Admission?

General Admission includes entry to the observation deck. This includes access to our CloudWalk, CloudBar, and the Magnicity web app. TILT tickets are available onsite for purchase.

Can I buy a TILT ticket without buying a General Admission ticket?

No. Anyone that wants to experience TILT must first purchase an admission ticket to the observation deck.

Are there special rates for Military?

Yes! We offer a 10% off military admission rate. Available at the door only with valid ID (valid for veteran and active duty + 1 guest)

Can I skip the line?

Yes, you can! Our skip the line ticket is $55 and must be purchased on-site. Purchase of this ticket allows you to skip the admission line.

VISIT

Where is 360 CHICAGO located?

360 CHICAGO is located on the 94th floor of 875 N Michigan Avenue, formerly the John Hancock Center in the heart of Chicago's famous Magnificent Mile shopping district.

Is there a time limit for my visit?

No. You are welcome to stay as long as you like. Most guests spend about 45 minutes to an hour on the 94th floor.

Is there a restaurant?

360 CHICAGO does not have a restaurant. Our bar, CloudBar, is located on the north side of the observation deck. Access to the CloudBar is included with every ticket. In addition to our full bar, a variety of locally made snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. There are no reservations needed, no dress code, and no drink minimum. The CloudBar is the highest bar with a full 360-degree view in Chicago.

What is CloudBar?

CloudBar at 360 CHICAGO is located on the 94th floor Observation Deck where European design meets Chicago's neighborhoods in the clouds! The 18 seat bar celebrates Chicago's 77 neighborhoods with a locally inspired cocktail menu and illustrations from renowned Chicago street artist—Lauren Asta. OPEN 9am-11pm daily. Enter with a general admission ticket and stay as long as you like.

How long are you open?

360 CHICAGO is open from 9 AM-11 PM daily. Last ticket sale and entry is 1 hour prior to closing.

Do I need to be vaccinated to visit?

As of February 28th, 2022, proof of vaccination is not required at 360 CHICAGO in accordance with guidance from the City of Chicago. Face masks are recommended but not required. Read more about our safety procedures here.

Do I have to wear a mask to enter?

Mask are not mandatory to enter 360 CHICAGO.

Do you carry items containing nuts onsite?

Yes, items sold at CloudBar may contain the following ingredients: milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and shellfish.

How can I access photos taken at 360 CHICAGO?

Photos are available for 90 days after your visit.

GROUPS

How do I book a group?

Please email [email protected]. Special rates available for qualified tour operators and school groups. Group size must be over 20.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

360 CHICAGO does not require a deposit. All groups must make final confirmation of arrival one week prior to date of visit. Prepaid groups are non-refundable once payment is processed. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and company checks. Call for payment or pricing information at 312-751-3681 or [email protected].

How long do groups usually stay?

We recommend 60-90 minutes for a group of 50 people. Please note, queueing times may extend during weekends and holidays.

Is bus parking or drop-off available?

Bus drop-off and pick-up is available at the North Entrance (Michigan Ave & Delaware Pl), with nearby city bus parking available.

Want to add a dining option to your group ?

Dining on-site is only available as a private event. For groups, please ask about our partner package dining options with nearby restaurants including Gino's East Deep Dish Pizza, Harry Caray's Restaurant & Sports Museum, and Hard Rock Cafe. 360 CHICAGO does offer small snacks and bites as well as a full bar and cafe.

How do groups enter the Observation Deck?

Groups may enter through either the North Entrance (Michigan Ave & Delaware Pl) or the Garden Plaza Entrance. Group Leaders will check-in at the Ticketing Desk to pick up tickets for their guests using the booking confirmation number. Any last minute group adjustments can be made on-site.

Are group packages available for the CloudBar in the Observation Deck?

Special group drink packages are available and come with a semi-private space. Email for options and pricing at [email protected]

Can groups perform in the Observation Deck?

Of course! Subject to availability, bands of up to 30 people and choirs of up to 50 people are welcome to perform in 360 CHICAGO. Please note, chairs, electricity, and music stands are unavailable on-site.

TILT

What is TILT?

TILT is a set of eight windows on a moving platform that TILTs 30 degrees down and out of the building, 1,030 feet above Chicago.

What building is TILT in Chicago?

TILT—the Highest Thrill Ride, is located on the 94th floor of the tall black tower at 875 N Michigan Avenue, the building formerly known as the John Hancock Building. 

 

Is TILT included in admission?

TILT is an optional add-on to 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck. In order to TILT, you must purchase a ticket that includes General Admission to 360 CHICAGO and a TILT ticket. You must purchase both in order to TILT. TILT tickets are available onsite for those who wish to upgrade their General Admission ticket.

How much is TILT?

TILT is $9 or $10 per ticket depending on the day and time selected, in addition to the price of admission.

How long does TILT last?

TILT has several motion profiles. Typically the experience lasts about 2 minutes.

Is TILT safe?

TILT is inspected regularly and must meet the highest safety standards. There has never been a safety issue with TILT.

Is there a height requirement?

Guests must be 42" or taller to ride TILT.

Do you offer catering or have an on-site kitchen?

We work with offsite catering vendors to bring in food, beverage, and additional equipment for your event.

Do partial event spaces get a reserved elevator?

No, the lines to get upstairs and the elevator are shared with the general public as well as on the way downstairs.

Is admission included with the event space rental?

Yes, your guests will be able to explore the entire deck during your event space rental.

How many events do you host at once?

We host one event per day or at a single time.

Are tables and chairs included?

We have a limited event inventory that is included. Additional needs are rented through your catering/decor vendors.
