ACCESSIBILITY

360 CHICAGO strives to make our attraction accessible to everyone.

360 CHICAGO is ADA-compliant and committed to making the guest experience memorable and accessible for all guests.

Our elevators and restrooms can accommodate wheelchairs, scooters, and strollers. Ramps around the observation deck make the entire 360-degree experience easy to enjoy for everyone.

The ADA entrance for 875 N. Michigan is located on Delaware Place. From there, guests can take the elevator to the concourse level to access the 360 CHICAGO entrance.

Wheelchairs are permitted into the TILT area, but guests must stand in order to be on the moving end of the platform.

Service dogs are welcome with proper identification. For support animals and pets, we kindly ask that they remain at home.
