The Observation Deck is Accessible for All Guests

ADA Compliant Attraction in Chicago

360 CHICAGO is ADA-compliant and committed to making the guest experience memorable and accessible for all guests including:
  • Our elevators and restrooms can accommodate wheelchairs, scooters, and strollers.
  • Ramps around the observation deck make the entire 360-degree experience easy to enjoy for everyone.
  • Wheelchairs are permitted into the TILT area, but guests must stand in order to be on the moving end of the platform.
  • Service dogs are welcome with proper identification. For support animals and pets, we kindly ask that they remain at home.
  • The ADA entrance for 875 N. Michigan is located on Delaware Place. From there, guests can take the elevator to the concourse level to access the 360 CHICAGO entrance.

As soon as you step off the elevator onto the 94th Floor, the magnificent 360° Skyline and the vast expanse of Lake Michigan will take your breath away. On a clear day, enjoy sweeping views that extend beyond state borders, allowing you to see four states, including Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan.
