Tips for Using your CityPASS® Tickets
- Visit the My CityPASS® App to access your tickets, make reservations for attractions that require them, and learn about attraction Offers & Upgrades.
- To enter 360 Chicago with CityPASS® tickets, present your reservation barcodes at the observation deck entrance, lower-level concourse. To purchase your TILT upgrade, visit the upstairs ticketing desk once you get off the elevators on the 94th floor.
- Chicago can get busy during spring break, the summer season, and holidays. Reserve your spot at these attractions to avoid disappointment!
- CityPASS® tickets are valid for one visit to each attraction within nine consecutive days, starting from the first day you visit an attraction.
- Plans can change – unused CityPASS® is refundable up to 365 days from the date of purchase
