How and when do I purchase tickets for groups of 20 or more? Please email us at GroupSales@360chicago.com to book your reservation. Booking a minimum of one week in advance ensures the best service for your group. If you are looking at Spring dates, 3 months in advance is recommended.
Will I receive confirmation of my booking? You should receive a confirmation within 48 business hours. If you don't, please contact Group Sales to re-submit your request.
How does our group check in? Those groups arriving by bus should use our Delaware Street entrance located on the north side of the building (one way street heading east). Those arriving on foot can use the Delaware Street or Michigan Avenue entrance. The Delaware entrance provides barrier-free access. If arriving through Delaware, the entire group will take the escalator down to the lower level concourse where the group leader will check in with your 360 CHICAGO confirmation number. If arriving through Michigan Avenue entrance, group will take the stairs down to the Garden Plaza level and proceed left to 360 CHICAGO entrance at the back of the lower level concourse. Please confirm final counts before the cashier processes your transaction.

Is Group Dining available on-site? 360 CHICAGO does not offer group dining on-site, but please ask about our partner package dining options with nearby restaurants including Gino's East Deep Dish Pizza, Harry Caray's Restaurant & Sports Museum, and Hard Rock Cafe. 360 CHICAGO does offer small snacks and bites as well as a full bar and cafe.
How much time should our group allow for a visit? Most groups find that an hour and a half is usually enough time to enjoy the full 360 CHICAGO experience. Please note that we cannot guarantee the amount of time it will take to queue, but the Group Sales team can suggest an estimate at the time of your reservation.
