Can I still buy tickets at the door?
Yes! You can purchase tickets at the door on the date of your visit. These tickets are untimed, so you can go right up as soon as you purchase your tickets. If you have a Chicago CityPASS, please go here to reserve a time. If you have a Go City Pass, you do not need to reserve a time. Simply show up when you want to visit.
What if I have a Chicago CityPASS or a Go City pass?
For CityPASS, you may reserve a time here. Timed ticketing is temporarily unavailable For Go City customers, and capacity is limited, so please allow yourself extra time.
Will you be open on New Year's Eve?
We will be open for our normal hours on New Year's Eve. Guests must enter before 10 PM and exit by 11 PM
