Party Planning Questions, Answered.

To maintain the best experience for all guests, outside food and beverage (including cakes) are not permitted in the public observation areas. However, for Private Event bookings, our team can coordinate custom dessert packages and catering.

For families, we recommend arriving before 11:00 AM for the best light and smaller crowds. For adult celebrations, time your visit for "Golden Hour" to watch the city lights flicker on with a drink in hand.

Come as you are! Whether you’re dressed up for a fancy dinner or keeping it casual for a day of sightseeing, you’re welcome here.

360 CHICAGO does not require a deposit. All groups must make final confirmation of arrival one week prior to the date of visit. Prepaid groups are non-refundable once payment is processed.
