International Museum of Surgical Science

Rare antiques and artifacts – both odd and incredulous -- tell the history of medicine. An impressive 7,000-piece collection of surgical apparatus and instruments spans centuries of medical history. Additionally, over 600 paintings, sculptures and other fine art pieces depict key figures, major events, and specific procedures that helped to advance the surgical and medical world.
