Things to Know Before Visiting Our Chicago Observation Deck

If you’re looking for fun things to do in Chicago, look no further than the 360 Chicago Observation Deck! Now that we are open again, we are taking all necessary safety precautions to ensure everyone visiting us stays safe. Plus, from atop our observation deck, you’ll experience some of the best views the city has to offer in the beloved John Hancock building. Read below about the logistics of soaking in every aspect of a memorable experience for Chicagoans and tourists a like.

How to Get There

We’re located in the heart of downtown Chicago, so there’s plenty of buzz and excitement to go around. There are different avenues of getting to our location on Michigan Avenue; however, in order to stay safe during these times, we recommend driving your own car or walking, if possible! Our friendly staff is ready to welcome you with open arms.

Getting to the Top

We accommodate the needs of each and every guest in the best way possible. Don’t worry, we won’t make you climb the stairs to get to the top! Simply take our high-speed elevator to the top and enjoy. We have wheelchair-accessible options so that everyone can enjoy the views and activities at our observation deck.

Things to Do

One of the best things to do in Chicago is experience it from a bird’s eye view, a unique opportunity in the Windy City. While you’re with us, interact with our high-definition touch screens to learn about the sights you’re seeing. For the thrill-seekers, opt for TILT, an extension of the building that holds up to 8 visitors. It extends out and over the Mag Mile and the stunning Chicago skyline.

Eat & Drink at Bar 94

The north side of our observation deck features Bar 94 that serves local Chicago food and drinks. Enjoy drinks from Revolution Brewing and enjoy custom cocktails from the KOVAL Distillery.
