Booking Window & Availability

 

  • Classes must be scheduled at least 1 month in advance
  • Available on Tuesdays or Thursdays only
  • 7:45 AM – 8:45 AM (the only timeframe available for booking)
  • Sessions include 60 minutes of guided yoga + movement facilitation

Corporate & Private Yoga

All bookings are private to your group and include instructor and space reservation.
Up to 10 Guests — $1,500
Up to 10-25 Guests — $3,750
Up to 25-50 Guests — $7,500

360 Slow Flow

A slow, grounding vinyasa class perfect for all levels. This intentional, alignment-led flow builds posture confidence, deep body awareness, and mental clarity. The session ends with restorative relaxation, leaving guests feeling calm, centered, and prepared for the day ahead.

Mixed Level Yoga

A balanced, adaptive class designed to meet every participant where they are. Expect to leave feeling energized, loose, and mentally refreshed before transitioning into the rhythm of the city.

Power Flow & Invigoration

A high-energy vinyasa experience that doubles as a full-body workout. This uplifting flow emphasizes strength, stamina, and muscle fluidity, designed to activate the body and clear the mind. Participants leave feeling invigorated, physically challenged, and mentally reset.

Your Instructor

Vienna Webb fell in love with yoga at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, where she graduated with a BFA in Dance. After moving to Chicago and performing with local modern dance companies, she continued her yoga training and received her Yoga Teacher Certification from Nature Yoga Sanctuary in 2013. She has over a decade of experience teaching yoga and movement classes across Chicago and is passionate about promoting well-being and personal growth through movement and breath. Vienna’s classes welcome all levels of experience and offer a mindful balance of alignment-focused instruction and playful Vinyasa-style exploration.
