360 CHICAGO is ADA-compliant and committed to making the experience memorable and accessible for all guests:
- Our elevators and restrooms can accommodate wheelchairs, scooters, and strollers.
- Ramps around the observation deck make the entire 360-degree experience easy to enjoy for everyone.
- Wheelchairs are permitted in the TILT area, but guests must stand in order to be on the moving end of the platform.
- Service dogs are welcome with proper identification. For support animals and pets, we kindly ask that they remain at home.
- The ADA entrance for 875 N. Michigan is located on Delaware Place. From there, guests can take the elevator to the concourse level to access the 360 CHICAGO entrance.
360 Chicago has partnered with KultureCity® to enhance our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs. We aim to provide an inclusive experience for all guests. We strive to raise awareness of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with sensory processing needs by supplying our staff with annual training and offering resources and accommodations to our guests.
Sensory bags can be requested at our ticketing desk near the main entrance and at the TILT desk on the 94th floor. Sensory bags contain a variety of equipment to provide a calming, peaceful environment for guests with sensory needs. Sensory bags include noise-canceling headphones, sunglasses, fidget tools, verbal cue cards, and weighted lap pads.
