You are welcome to stay as long as you like. Most guests spend about 45 minutes to an hour on the 94th floor.
- Our elevators and restrooms can accommodate wheelchairs, scooters, and strollers.
- Ramps around the observation deck make the entire 360-degree experience easy to enjoy for everyone.
- Wheelchairs are permitted into the TILT area, but guests must stand in order to be on the moving end of the platform.
- Service dogs are welcome with proper identification. For support animals and pets, we kindly ask that they remain at home.
- The ADA entrance for 875 N. Michigan is located on Delaware Place. From there, guests can take the elevator to the concourse level to access the 360 CHICAGO entrance.

Sunset Viewing:
Sunset times change throughout the year. We’d suggest booking at least an hour before sunset to make sure you are up in time to witness it. Please note that sunset times are very popular, so early booking is advised.

360 CHICAGO is 10 minutes from the Chicago CTA Red Line station. The closest CTA bus stops are at Michigan Ave. and Delaware Pl or Michigan Ave. and Chestnut St. Both stops are short, 2-minute walks from our doors.

Yes, all tickets require a reservation time which is chosen at the time of purchase. All tickets are valid for entry to the queue within 30 minutes of your reservation time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your reservation time, entry is not guaranteed.

360 CHICAGO does not have a restaurant. Our bar—CloudBar, is located on the north side of the observation deck. Access to it is included in every ticket. In addition to our full bar, a variety of locally-made snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. There are no reservations needed, no dress code, and no drink minimum. CloudBar is the highest bar with a full 360-degree view of Chicago. Guests purchasing alcoholic beverages from CloudBar must present a valid photo ID showing they are above the age of 21.
All tickets to 360 CHICAGO are non-refundable, excluding Fast Pass tickets.
360 CHICAGO cannot provide refunds due to low visibility conditions, inclement weather, high queue times for entry or exit, if the purchase is made mistaking 360 CHICAGO for another attraction, or any other reasons.
While views are subject to change, rain or shine, guests will still enjoy the 360 CHICAGO experience. Guests can explore exhibits highlighting Chicago's eclectic neighborhoods, experience the thrill of TILT (still thrilling even in low visibility conditions), and relax with a beverage from CloudBar.
Fast Pass tickets are eligible for refunds. Refund requests must be submitted at least 90 minutes before the entry time listed at the top of your ticket. Please note that Fast Pass does not include expedited entry to TILT or CloudBar services. Email info@360chicago.com to submit a refund request.
