360 CHICAGO tickets are available starting at $30/adult and $20/child. Check out all of the pricing options and packages available.

Yes, you must choose a specific time to visit at the time of your ticket purchase. All tickets are valid for entry to the queue within 30 minutes of your reservation time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your reservation time, entry is not guaranteed. If you need to update the time or date of your reservation, please visit Manage My Booking.   Yes, CityPASS® ticket holders require a reservation. First,  buy CityPASS® tickets online for mobile ticket delivery. You can reschedule your booking with 360 CHICAGO through the Manage My Booking portal. There may be additional costs associated with new dates/times. All tickets must be rescheduled in advance of the original date and time. Tickets can be rescheduled up to one year of the original booking date.

Yes, CityPASS® ticket holders require a reservation. First,  buy CityPASS® tickets online for mobile ticket delivery. Advance reservations for Go City/Go Card are currently unavailable. Go City/Go Card holders must redeem their admission at the ticketing desk upon arrival, based on availability. We highly suggest Go City/Go Card holders to visit us and redeem their admission Monday-Thursday as we often sell out Friday-Sunday and on holiday weekends.

All tickets to 360 CHICAGO are non-refundable, excluding Fast Pass tickets.

 

360 CHICAGO cannot provide refunds due to low visibility conditions, inclement weather, high queue times for entry or exit, if the purchase is made mistaking 360 CHICAGO for another attraction, or for any other reasons.

 

While views are subject to change, rain or shine, guests will still enjoy the 360 CHICAGO experience. Guests can explore exhibits highlighting Chicago's eclectic neighborhoods, experience the thrill of TILT (still thrilling even in low visibility conditions), and relax with a beverage from CloudBar.

 

Fast Pass ticket holders must email info@360chicago.com to request a refund at least 90 minutes prior to their scheduled visit time.

360 CHICAGO is a cashless attraction. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as mobile payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash is not accepted for purchases, though cash gratuities are welcome at CloudBar. Cash-to-card kiosks are available onsite for guests who need them. You can check your balance here.

Yes, everyone needs a ticket to visit 360 CHICAGO. Children under 3 are free. Click here for more ticket information.

You cannot buy a TILT ticket without buying a General Admission ticket. Anyone who wants to experience TILT must first purchase an admission ticket to the Observation Deck.

Yes! We offer a 10% discount on admission for members of the military (veteran and active duty + one guest), students, and seniors. Discounts are available at the ticketing desk only with valid ID.

You can skip the line at 360 CHICAGO by choosing the "Add Fast Pass" option at checkout. Fast Pass allows you to skip a portion of the entry queue leading to the elevators. The pass can be purchased as an upgrade to any ticket type on our website or in person at our main ticketing desk. Please note that Fast Pass only applies to entry—expedited access is not available for TILT, CloudBar, or exit.
